The Redmedy E150 panel is best suited for countertop or desktop use. It can be used anywhere at home or office to deliver Red Light Therapy to the face or a section of the body. The E150 also has the ability to be mounted to the wall.
The E series panels use a combination of red 630 NM and 660 NM and near infrared at 830 NM and 850 NM. These wavelengths of Natural light have been extensively studied and have been shown to have the greatest effect on the human body.
The red light at 630 NM and 660 NM wave lengths are absorbed at higher proportion by the skin tissue making it especially effective for boosting skin health and collagen production.
The near infrared light at 830 NM and 850 NM is outside of the visible spectrum, making it nearly invisible to the human eye. This may make it appear as though the device is not working, however the device is functioning properly.

I use this device beside my bed before I go to sleep so that it is the last light I see before sleeping and then move it to my bathroom where it is the first light my eyes see upon waking up. I shower and blow dry my hair with it on and then I start my day. I swear I sleep better and have more energy throughout the day when I do this. Love the built in timer so that I can fall asleep and know it will turn off after my session. It also has an adjustable stand so that you can position it exactly as you choose and it has the ability to be mounted on the wall too! Amazing product
