I have to be honest—this Redmedy Belt was a gift, so I didn’t purchase it myself. But let me tell you, it has completely won over my mom, who was once a total skeptic when it came to red-light therapy.
To give you some background, my wife and I have been huge fans of red-light therapy for years. We use the E500 series red-light panels at our health club, and the benefits have been nothing short of amazing. This wrap has been super helpful in keeping my lower back flare ups away! I love how passive it is, you can wear it doing anything, especially with a battery pack! Car ride, watching tv, sitting at work, even going out to the bar to go dancing! I also suffer from Endometriosis and debilitating cramps, I have used it on my abdomen during my period and have experienced a bit of pain reduction. I love my red and near infrared light therapy belt! It has become my healing companion. My Doctor recommended I look into this as I was dealing with a compromised shoulder that I needed to get a full replacement for. I also have arthritis in both shoulders, neck and knees. I can target one shoulder and wear it like a banner or do both shoulders and wear it like a shawl or lay on it or lean back on the couch with it lengthwise down my spine. I also wrap in around both knees although the knee wraps look the most efficient for that. This has been a very worthwhile purchase for me!
